Lots of Movies!

We've seen four movies the past three weeks or so. Two double headers and a lot of popcorn eating!

Yes Man
This was a pretty good movie. Kind of reminded us of Liar, Liar. There was one scene that was remarkably inappropriate and very wrong, which is why we'd probably recommend watching it edited. But other than that, it was pretty good. I don't think we'd own it though.

Seven Pounds
Although confusing for the first half of the movie, it ended up having a really good message and was very moving. Will Smith did a great job and somewhat redeemed himself for that awful Hancock movie.

Valkyrie
This was a great movie. It showed that not everybody during WWII in Germany agreed with Hitler and it was a good message of integrity and honor. Tom Cruise was great and it was also a very moving feature.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
This movie was strange, long but very good. We were just fascinated by the previews of seeing a man grow younger instead of growing older. There was some nudity which was not necessary, but we enjoyed it.

We're trying not to give anything away by these short reviews, but most of them were good to watch. But it's interesting how movies are trying to teach certain morals lately. Live life to the fullest and don't care about the consequences seems to be a prominent one.

Anyway, that's what we thought about those movies!

Thanks, we love your reviews. We can't see as many movies as we used to...so we have to be a little more choosy.
